Margaret Palca Bakes was established in 1985 as a wholesale bakery selling rugelach to the finest gourmet food shops and cafes in New York. Today we have a complete line of baked goods as well as two locations in Brooklyn, with cafes which serve sandwiches prepared on our own homemade bread.
